Cadastre first

Every listing is tied to a cadastral number and a parcel polygon. Not an address — an object.

Master-plan zone

Conservation, reconstruction or renovation? Permitted storeys and seismic zone — before you buy.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is a cadastral number and where do I find it?+

The cadastral number is the unique identifier of a real-estate object in the State Register, e.g. 10:02:01:02:01:0131 (10 = Tashkent city). It appears in the cadastral passport and in the davreestr.uz / Uzmulk systems.

What is the mass-valuation value?+

In August 2026 more than 600,000 apartments and 213,000 land plots in Tashkent were revalued using a market-based method. This value becomes the tax base and is compared with the asking price on the portal.

How does the master-plan zone affect a purchase?+

Objects in a renovation zone may be demolished and rebuilt; construction is restricted in a conservation zone. The portal shows the approved master plan to 2045 (Cabinet Resolution No. 880).

Are the listings real?+

For now the portal shows sample listings for product review. Once the official connectors (NGIS, davreestr, e-auksion) go live, only cadastre-verified objects will be published.
