Cadastre and register of rights

davreestr.uz — Davlat reestri

Responsible body: Cadastre Agency (National Committee for Urbanization and the Housing Market)

How it connects
Lookup by cadastral number (OneID). Blocked from outside Uzbekistan — connector runs on a server in UZ.

Parcel polygons, cadastral numbers, land category and purpose — the open part of the State Register on a map.
How it connects
Official request: geometry + attributes for Tashkent city, daily updates (via UZKAD / the inter-agency integration platform).

Base geodata

Boundaries of the 12 districts, base map layers (roads, buildings), 686 education POIs (schools, colleges, universities) — the “Schools and universities nearby” block on listing pages.
How it connects
District polygons and POIs are bundled in the portal (Overpass, scripts/fetch-education-pois.mjs); vector tiles via OpenFreeMap.

What makes the portal different

Existing listing sites (joymee.uz, uybor.uz, olx.uz) are built around addresses. Toshkent Mulk ties every object to its cadastral number, parcel polygon, official valuation, master-plan zone and encumbrances — the “open register” layer they don’t have.
